Burning the midnight oil

I was busy watching the midnight or minute before midnight launch of the space shuttle Discovery. I am glad they got into space. I did see lightening off in the distance. I also got bug bit on my feet and ankle areas. At least I wasn't over there at Brevard in the sea crowd of people stuck in traffic trying to get back to Orlando. What a mess! I wouldn't have the patience for the stand still traffic. We had baked flounder with corn on the cob. The corn was a bit tough. Mom thinks this was old corn. Mom goes to the farmer's market tomorrow. Hopefully she will pick up some mushrooms we can use to make spaghetti. I bought the sauce at Food Lion and the brand name is "Inspirations." I got the tomato and basil flavor which I will balance it out with some oregano. This is the midnight launch of Discovery. They made a nice trip into space. I also heard the roar of the engines afterwards. I thought it was neat.
