Saturday morning

It was a little hard to think when I woke up too early to drink coffee. Speaking of hard times, what do you think of the female bank robber? It took her fifteen minutes to mustard up the courage to ask for money. Is this a sign of the hard economic times? When does the word "Jobs" translate into "Going to work?" The way I knew we had a good economy was when I worked a forty hour work week and had money left to spend on the movies. My sister" Glendon" puts in a full day of working with the horses at the Vet farm. I think I will try and get a little sleep for activity later on.

Hard times will do that. It will make desperate people do desperate things. If you lost your job and are unable to get another one, then how do you support your family. I think that they should bring back the WPA (Working People of America) which was a government program that put people to work at doing community projects like building small bridges and constructing small roads. As I understand it, this was done after the great depression had hit. Also, there was the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) which I believe was similar to the WPA. So I suspect that the female bank robber was probably a desperate person who may have been at the end of their ropes as they say. Now, all of that was a pretty heavy discussion. Let me lighten up and go out there and have a really nice day. You do the same. Lew
