Fun on the beach

I got to see the Delta two rocket launch early this morning. The sky had a streak of white light like a lighted cloud traced like a kid trying to draw the moon. I am sure the different colors was due to the sunrise. Tonight it is hazy with nothing looking delightful about the evening. Sometimes you can have an ideal sunset, but it doesn't look that way tonight. Yesterday, I saw a small snake when I was taking down the clothes off the clothes line. The snake was lined up against the fence and I was hoping it would go through one of the grooves in the fence to the neighbor's yard. I didn't see the snake today, but I kept a eye on the ground to be sure. I saw this roadster at the beach when I was trying to look for boats on the water to take pictures. However, I found the water was boat free, but this picture was the center of attention by someone with a video camera filming every ounce of the car. This reminds me of the car in the television series" The Munsters." Dinner was one of those Bertolli bag dinners. It was pretty tasty with lots of garlic, spinach bits, meat slices, mushroom bits, and macaroni.

I was so disappointed to discover that there was a rocket launch this morning that I missed. I was at 5:30 this morning and so I could have stepped outside to see it. That roadster had to have been a labor of love. The name on the side of Fender Mender would make me think that the owner has an auto body repair shop. If so, then he has all of the equipment to make a car like this. I wonder what kind of gas mialege it gets with those two large gas guzzling carbeurators on top of the engine. I am sure that he is proud of it and enjoys having people look at it and even more when they take pictures of it. Try to get a picture of the snake the next time you see it to see what kind it is. Today there was a huge black widow spider in the yard trash can. It was so big that it was easy to see the red fiddle on it. I sucked him into the shop vacuum to dispose of it. Take care and enjoy your daily adventures whether they be at a gas station or at the beach. Lew
