Saturday in the sun
It is quite bright outside. I just wanted to sleep in this morning. This is afternoon nap time and maybe get out in the evening,depending on the weather and how I feel. There is a wren in the potting soil raising a family. I hope she is successful. Mom did some grocery shopping and I took the neighbor to the beauty shop and back home afterwards. It is a kind uneventful afternoon. I hope everyone has a relaxing time with a cool drink.

I guess that you had quite a time of it this afternoon or early evening with the weather. I saw the picture of the water spout on television and watched all of the red colors on the weather radar over New Smyrna as well as the white lightning bolts on the color radar. So far the only effects of the storm has been that a bird house on the front porch fell to the floor. It must be neat watching the wren in the potting soil. Is there just eggs in there right now or can you hear any peeps yet? Next door there is a chicken with eight chicks and they follow their mother everywhere. Today we went to a rummage sale sponsoired by the West Orange Seniors group. It was kind of so-so but I did get a high intensity light for two dollars. Mary also got a couple of items. On July 1 they are going to have a showing of Slumlord Millionaire which I would like to see. I have never been to their movie showings before and I would like to see what it is like. I wonder how much erosion that the storm has caused at the beach. Take care and have a nice evening. Lew
