Online games and memories of Berry
I am addicted to the online games. I have been bitten by the "Scrabble Rack Attack" game. I have for a short time left the "Holiday Express" game. The desire to beat the level of competition is so overwhelming. I don't like to lose. Here is a picture of Howard and his dog Blackberry. Blackberry is no longer alive. She had ailments in which eventually she wouldn't eat or drink water. This was the time Howard had to let her go. She gave up the will to live. Blackberry was nicknamed Berry and mom and I used to take care of her, when Howard went on vacation. Berry did not like to see Howard leave. She would cry and sulk and wait by the front door in hopes Howard would come back and rescue her. One of the last pictures which I did not get on the camera was Berry hugging Howard around the neck. You knew she belong to Howard and Howard belonged to her. Howard said "Berry ruled the roost at home." No other dog was allowed to play with Berry's toys. Now that Berry is gone, the other dogs feel more free to extend their territory. Mom and I will be watching Holly, one of Howard's other dogs. She will be in charge here and I think she will like it. I will miss getting Berry to say "ma ma." This was what she would do when Howard was gone and my mom took Howard's place for a short time.
