Sunday morning
I spilled a bit of coffee on my night gown. I figure I will need to change it for a fresh new one. I just did and it feels much better. Meanwhile, my coffee is cooling down. It is sausage and biscuits today for breakfast and a meatloaf for dinner. This is the last day of the weekend my sister"Glendon" works at the University. She will be able to concentrate on her own animals which they will all love. Our neighbor Pauline's daughter Susan has to find someone to walk her dog. She is working 48 hours in a private home as a Certified Nursing Assistant helping a lady who had a stroke. I don't envy her or her dog. They seem to be in for some rough times ahead.

At first glance it looks like there are two pelicans in the picture. But on closer examination in the magnified mode, you can see that the bird on the left is actually two birds that are very close together. Look close. How is your sister holding up to the intense heat while working on the weekends? Hopefully there are lots of fans. When we are working outside, we turn on a box fan in the garage to keep the garage a bit cooler plus we can come into the shade of the garage and stand in front of the fan to cool off some. But when I get really hot, it is popsicle and ice water time. It works like a charm. The popsicles are sugar free. Stay cool. Lew
