On a Saturday Roll

August, I can not believe it is the first day of August. I had to separate my blood pressure pills and water pills for the week in the pill holder. The pill holder makes it easier to take because it assigns a day to take the pills. When the day space is empty then the pills have been taken. I looked outside the kitchen window to see a dark mysterious looking moon that even would be described as creepy in a Dracula novel. Leftover storm clouds from yesterday's shower were drifting over the oblong shaped almost white spot in the blackened sky. My last bit of burning the mid-night oil energy is running down. I am not in an I can clean everything mood.

My sister has to put in a full day at work today. She only has today and tomorrow to do this. She gets the rest of the week off to recover from her physical labor.

I have one of those little pill boxes also with the days of the week on it. This way I know if I have taken the pills yet or not and keeps me from taking them twice. Today was an easy day with no outside work. We went to the library and got a bunch of DVD's to watch. I got the movie called The Crossing starring Jeff Daniels. The story is about the Revolutionary War and Washington crossing the Delaware river. I have seen the movie many times before but I like Jeff Daniels portrayal of George Washington in it. Like I said I have seen the movie many times before and with time I will see the movie many times again. Do you and your mom check out DVD's from the library? We watched one of the DVD's that we got this afternoon about the end of the world type movie. Have a good evening. Lew
