No food until blood is drawn

This morning it is going hard not eating until getting some blood work done. Afterwards, I can go get a biscuit and gravy and coffee from the local drug store. My next appointment to my local doctor will be in January of next year providing everything turns out OK on the blood workup. I took a picture of a tree with lots of Spanish moss.

This was taken in Osteen, Florida where we buy our honey.

Welcome to the deep south. I think that is what the splendid old oaks dripping with spanish moss represent. I remember the large oak trees at these mom & pop motels when my parents traveld from New York to Florida for vacation each year. And the smell of creosote in Georgie. A unique aroma. I think that people miss much of the old south traveling on the interstate expressways. But we are all in a hurry and we tend to opt for the speed of the expressway instead of the local color of the small towns. Have a nice day. Lew
