What is for dinner?

Mom is making Tyson Chicken patties which I will have on a sandwich. Great instant food. Place in Microwave for one to two minutes and then build sandwich. Today was Bonanza and a little Gun Smoke. I had a nice day at home. I heard the Central Florida Fair opened today. I bet Lillian will take her parents there before moving. This is a nice ending to a nice day. It helps to be at the right place and the right time to take the cool picture. The body of water is the Calalesa Creek facing the Intercoastal Waterway. Mom says the meal is ready and so and I.

Have you ever tried the Tyson roasted chicken? It is usually found in the meat department. It is super good. It tastes just like rotisserie chicken. I like the rotisserie chicken from the deli at the grocert store. It is so tasty. My Ron Popeil "set-it and forget-it" comes in a close second to the grocery store rotisserie chicken but not even close to the Tyson chicken. I gues that it is kind of obious that I like the Tyson rotisserie chicken. All of the Tyson products are good, including the chicken patties. Last night for supper Mary had shrimp alfredo and I had a Thai chicken dish. I was worried about the name Thai fearing that it would be incredibly spicey which the Thai dishes are known for. It was only mildly spicey, thank goodness. We also had egg rolls and I put some duck sauce on my plate and swirled the end of the egg roll around in the duck sauce before taking a bite. The ducxk sauce packets wewre left over from the food court at the Millenia Mall food court and the orange chicken that I had at the Chinese eatery in the food court. The orange chicken was a little crisp instead of the usual "soggy" at other chinese food court eateries. By the way, we visited an art gallery at the Millenia mall and they had paintings done by the actress Jane Seymour of the TV show medicine woman. They have lots and lots of original painting done by her. Actually, the only art works on display were those done by Jane Seymour and some of them were self portraits. You were right on the picture taking. Right place and right time. A minute or two later and you wouldn't have gotten the picture. You can faintly see the reflection of the clouds on the water. It is a very relaxing "end-of-day" picture. We aren't going to the Central Florida Fair because we fear that it will just be a lot of "carny" rides. After having gone to Disney with their high class rides the rides at the county fair just don't seem to be the same anymore. Thanks for commenting on my blogs. The name "turkey talk" for your blog site seems awfully similar to the name of my blog site of "cabin talk". You have a great day. Lew

By thye way, the colors of the sunset are just spectacular. The picture belongs on a picture puzzle box. It would make for a great picture puzzle because of the brilliant colors. Lew
